As if a trip to the BMV wasn't bad enough, now we have to stand in line OUTSIDE!! Forget inclement weather, we now have elderly & disabled people standing DISTANCED in a parking lot... Just make it appointment only and call it a day. All of that being said, the staff at this BMV were very pleasant and helpful (which has historically not been my experience).
I visited this location today. While this location is well organized and completes whatever task you need efficiently, I would recommend choosing another location. These employees are the rudest employees I have ever seen keep a job. They closed early and then I literally watched them yell at multiple customers publicly when they were confused as to why they were closed. We are all kind of struggling right now and a little compassion can go a long way. These customers were not rude but the employees definitely needed an attitude check.
I have been going since I was 12,with my dad and I'm 62 now and I'm here now and these ladies are still the same they do there jobs as best they can.They always give back the attitude they get,And That Fare!
If you're changing your name on your license and trying to get a new compliant driver's license, this is a bad place to go. It took me 4 tries. Each time Courtney and Kim were impressively rude, hostile, and very unhelpful, not just to me but to everyone.
Worst customer service experience I have ever received from anyone. The woman was ignorant loud and obnoxious i will go out of my way to make sure i never come here again.
