Love the staff of Dutchess Cleaners in Austintown. They are polite, professional, and do amazing work. I own my own business and sometimes I need small repairs on the clothing that we sell. Dutchess Cleaners will do a rush job if needed or a few days for the repairs. But I am always guaranteed a great job at a reasonable cost. They also handle my personal hems, alterations, and repairs on my own clothing. Love everyone up there give them a try I'm sure you'll have a wonderful experience.
Yeah, this place sucks. Took a coat in to get cleaned and have some buttons repaired -The buttons were never repaired. Took in 2 coats for zipper repairs and only one was ready for pickup by the guaranteed time- no apology, no discount, no call. The employees couldn’t even find the coats-clueless. Was charged for a pair of slacks I never dropped off- I did get a refund for that, but the next day I got a phone call telling me they need to charge my card for a pair of slack I wasn’t charged for- clueless!
They do a good job with your clothes
Excellent service and when they say it will be ready it is ready just as planed
The staff is professional. I get my alterations done there and they do a great job. The prices are also fair.
