Scheduled an appointment for the next week for passports with pictures to be taken. Got there and called the number, but was told we had to wait in the long line despite having made an appointment. Waited 30 minutes in line. When we finally got up front, we were told their camera broke over the weekend (when they were closed?) and they couldn't do pictures. They meant to call everyone on the schedule, but she couldn't find her sheet (proceeds to look around like it should be right in front of her). Mind you, the appointment was at 3:30, so it was not like we were the first one of the day.nnIf you need a passport, save yourself the trouble and go to the Lucas County Auto Title on Heatherdowns. They were amazing and we didn't even need an appointment (and they charge $5 less to use their camera that actually works).

I avoid the location on Detroit Ave South Toledo location whenever possible. The staff here are almost always very rude and snippy. Too many bad experiences to list. The location in Maumee on Ford are the opposite. Very friendly and helpful every time.

Even on busy days the staff have been wonderful. I’ve been going there for years and they are always so helpful so I don’t mind waiting for them to help someone else because I know they always give me the same consideration. I hope I don’t offend anyone but some other locations should follow this location’s fine example.
