I am in this office frequently for my business and never have to wait more than a minute or two. The staff is very helpful and goes the extra mile to find a resolution when challenges arise.

Lady in the title office was extremely rude and unhelpful. I asked a simple question of when a title for my vehicle was mailed out and processed and she stated she had no idea because they don’t deal with the mail. Thanks for taking my money and not being helpful at all and responding “we aren’t in charge of your mail sir, I have no idea where it’s at”. Yet your office processed the piece of paper... She couldn’t give me the day of when it was processed and sent out to give me an estimate of when I should expect it to be delivered locally. Is everyone who works for the city/government miserable? Then again it is Toledo I suppose, kindness goes a long way sometimes. Would not recommend going here for business.

Walked in and was immediately greeted with attitude. No eye contact, it was like she was purposefully trying to make it a bad experience and not help. Why are these places so bad at service, you work in customer service get over it. I would not recommend this location. Rude people who hate their jobs.

Trisha helped me, excellent customer service. Received service within minutes of walking in the door at noon on a Tuesday.
