I have been having so many problems from my ceiling to my neighbors. Anytime I complain they don't want to do anything about it. I have epilepsy and I only get 3hrs of sleep tops because of my neighbors. Then they don't want to fix anything in the house. It took them over a year just to fix the leaks in the roof.
They never answer the phone
Does anybody know what time the classes are on Thursday if your intent is to move.. Nobody ever calls nack or answers the phone at that place.
I was told I had 3 emails sent for appointments that I have missed since I applied for help. I never recieved emails. Today she said she was sending another email, still was not sent an email (even checked spam and junk).. ud83dude44 I dont even want cheap housing, just help moving ud83dude16ud83dude14
This would defiantly be a temporary home. It helps you get by so you can get ahead in life. The cons of being in public housing is the cops do not care you will wait 2 hours for them to show up. Sometimes the staff hang up on you or the communication is not so clear. Half of the staff have attitudes and some really do want to help. Always make sure you receive a letter in the mail stating when you have an appointment. Call if you don't hear back. It can take anywhere from a months to years before getting into housing. If they give you a call or letter in the mail about getting into a place don't put it off the first person to get back with the housing gets the place. It is important for you to turn everything in on time for your time on the list to be shorter.
