Lasalle cleaners. Well I took me nieces wedding dress in to be cleaned the week before the wedding. The gown was not full of lace or having a huge train or anything like that. Apparently they don't usually take wedding dresses that close to the wedding. And here is why:nAs they cleaned the gown, another item in the machine had a hole in the lining where a pen had gotten lost through. Said pen exploded in the machine and got all over the other clothing, including the wedding dress! Within 10 minutes the owner of this business had called me and was very apologetic. He explained the situation. He was very sweet and found where we had purchased the dress. Got my nieces name and other info. He went over to Atlas Bridal and purchased a new dress! Exactly the same. He also provided the express alterations through the bridal shop. The dress was ready on time for us to take to the location of the wedding with no hassle! He made it right. He was very worried and concerned that her big day not be spoiled.nI will return to this store. They have been in business for a very long time and I can see why. Great business practices. Great follow through. Great people.

Hit or miss. They cleaned my comforter 6 months ago and did a great job but now they want me to sign a waiver to have it cleaned again because their “machines aren’t working right”.
