My order from Sylvania clothes mentor was perfect! Every item folded perfectly and wrapped in tissue paper along with a very nice handwritten card. In fact, I ordered from their store on 1/21/21 and received ALL items from them on 1/22/21! Only 10 items and around 75 bucks but they treated my order with true customer service! And all items were exactly as described pictured and in the right size. This is a HUGE difference compared to Westerville store where I also left a review.nI will be shopping here more often. Never been to actual store only shopped online. Easiest transaction ever. Thank you! And thank you for the kind note. In this day and age a handwritten note goes far to make your customer feel appreciated. Thank you!!

The clerks working today 9/15 between 4-5pm were just the most pleasant ladies I've ever dealt with. They were kind to each other too! How refreshing! I love shopping here! Thanks ladies for making another CM trip special for me!

Very unprofessional. I was told I need to make an appt. But they they accept my walk in today. Unfortunately they have multiple appointments this morning so they were unsure when they would get to mine. I told them that was fine I could wait so I would head home and wait for a text. I dropped of 2 bags of clothes and I recieved a text in 10 minutes that my clothes were done. I was not even home before they finished supposedly going through almost 100 items of clothing. They then tell me my style is not what they are looking for. Thank you for wasting my time and money. I will never return. Very horrible service and unprofessional.

Went in with a federally approved face shield, even though both state and federal law protects me from doing so, due to a medical exemption. Was told I “must” wear a scarf or fabric covering even though I have a medical exemption or I could feel free to leave the store and contact corporate or management. What a JOKE!!!! I had on a face shield because I can only handle it in small increments due to a medical condition. This violates STATE and FEDERAL mandates AND laws. This is UNACCEPTABLE.nnUpdate (12/21/2020): After both emailing and leaving multiple voice messages — ZERO response. Not okay.

Such a nice staff! Super helpful and kind. The clothes are also so well organized here, by style and color. Even has a great clearance section, as if the prices weren't good enough. Will definitely come back! Highly recommend this place.
