Steve was amazing! He listened to what I wanted in a ring and showed me only those that fit. We visited other jewelry stores in the mall and they kept trying to push extremely expensive rings on me that didn't even fit what I wanted. I wanted a simple, yet elegant/unique ring and that's what he helped me pick out, no matter the price if it. It was an amazing experience.
Went to return an item, which is indicated per the invoice as being returnable within sixty days, and was refused the ability to return. This item was worn out, and then sat in the box until attempted return date. It was not indicated by the sales staff at time of purchase that this particular item was not returnable. If you have a choice, and wish to be able to return your purchases if they don’t work out, shop at Kay’s or Zales. The sales staff seemed more knowledgeable, and seem to honor their own guarantee.
Had a bad experience at Zales so I ended up wandering over here, not even entirely sure if I was going to purchase something that day, but was met with excellent customer service from a nice lady, I wish I could remember her name to reccomend her, but her associate number is listed as 23533 on my reciept in case any of the higher ups read this and would like to commend her on her service. She was very personable, knowledgeable, and kind. She even helped my partner clean the baby spit up out of his hair when she unexpectedly surprised us with that. Completely above and beyond service. Also sat with me and chatted when he realized he had to go bacl to the car for his wallet and brought crayons for the child. 10/10 would reccomend and will go back. The selection of jewlelry in the store was also better than some of the others I had browsed that day.
Good variety of jewelry, but staff has always been EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful.
I received a pair of earrings from Rogers and Holland’s as a Christmas gift and due to the fact that they were not my style choose to return them. Which is not a pleasant experience, it seems that you can only return for store credit or to the original credit card. No gift receipts given. The sales associated was extremely rude, unprofessional, nasty and at best provided coal level customer service. Over priced for the quality, horrible service and worse. If the sales associated had at least been polite and explained the policy it would be acceptable but instead she told me to ‘get out of her store and never return.’ This will not be a problem as I will never give them any money. An overall horrible experience.
