I have had a beautiful pen with a Hello Kitty charm on it. I suddenly couldnt get the pen to twist out anymore. I took it to the Franklin Park Swarovski and when the sales associate couldn't get it to work either, she let me trade it for another. She said she could tell I had taken very good care of it or she would not have honored it. Such a great store. They have helped me install new refills in the past. I will always do business there.

I love Swarovski figurines and collect them. The employees at this store are very knowledgeable and helpful. I am a club member which gives me access to some special issue ones as well annual gifts.
