First time donors get 100 dollars for first 5 visits. This would be my Second time donating plasma and I had an awesome experience. I live 30 minutes away from town so before I decided to travel I called the facility spoke with staff in what I will be needing in regards to being eligible to donate plasma. They said to bring my ID and SS card or birth certificate. Clean facility, staff is great at sanitation of the equipment used, and donating areas.Staff is very friendly. I only have one complaint and that’s the lady that was doing my physical she was a bit rude. So I decided not to let it ruin my perspective on this facility due to one rude worker. Other than that, I experienced lots of friendly endeavors with the staff. Im a bit scared of needles so the staff involved with my donation was pleasant, understanding, and very friendly. This is an awesome facility that I recommend to friends and family. Remember that the staff working there are humans just like you or me. It would be impossible to be happy every living second of our lives. We all have bad days and good days so put that in consideration with your expectations. Giving this facility 5 stars!

In and out. Nowhere near as busy as the CSL I used to go to in Michigan. It's so nice. The staff are all really nice too.

DO NOT GO HERE the staff is extremely rude if ur a new donor but they are only nice to regulars this was my first experience attempting to donate plasma me and my boyfriend were both doing it to have money for our car insurance and we live about 30 minutes away and the first time we came on we got there at 2 and were told we had to make an appointment and come back so we do and we get there 10 minutes before our time and we find out we need our social security cards and the lady tried to give me attitude and told me she said that when we made the appointment (she didn't tell us at all) so we drove ALL THE WAY BACK HOME AND CAME BACK there was no line at the desk when we came back and we were rudely told to sit down while they helped people that got there after us waited about 15 minutes finally got paper work then had to watch the dumb videos and wait about another 20 minutes just to be called back and told my veins were too small and the lady barley even felt my arm then after 30 minutes they call my boyfriend back and say his veins are good so then we wait another 25 minutes for him to be called back for them to say he's dehydrated which I know wasn't true because he's always drinking water we wasted a whole day and over half a tank of gas on this place FOR NOTHING I will never try to donate plasma anywhere ever again after all we were put through today
