The olde northridge
Portion size ridiculously small. The small fry pouch was barely half full. The sweet tea wasn't sweet at all. It's close to work but it sure wasn't worth the trip. I won't be back. Must be a Herb Washington ran franchise. The service is on par for it for sure.
Bad service. Every time I go through the drive through there's a problem with my food. I asked for fresh food and it wasn't even hot. They had the nerve to throw the bag back at me of hot fries. They need attitude adjustments there. Not everyone, but whoever makes the food.
Ks#13 took my order, I felt bad he seemed so sad. I do appreciate them being open. The order was correct.
Forgot to put a toy in the happy meal even though I reminded them to when I ordered.
