New Castle roofing is a highly reliable, professional company with highly effective communication. They were able to come out the day we called to fix our leaking roof which was such a blessing because the next day we experienced heavy rain and snow. Now that the snow is melting, our roof remains leak free after their work. My husband and I were pleased with the professionalism and courtesy demonstrated by the team of men who worked on our roof. Newcastle did a great job removing old roof and installing completely in one day! There was nothing to cleanup after they were finished and the roof/gutters look great. Kyle took care of talking with my insurance adjuster and I didn't have to do a thing but give him all the info. Everything was taken care of with no hassle.
