Mike got right back with me when I called about new gutters, answered all of my questions and installed my gutters with no problems. Fair price, local business, professional, booked the next week and quality gutters and gutter guards. What more do you want from a gutter company?
This company did a wonderful job this winter of quickly coming to my aid when my gutter fell as the weight of ice in it pulled it away from the soffit/fascia that was unbeknownst to me rotting. They repaired the soffit/fascia and installed new gutters in a day for a reasonable price. Thank you (the 2 Mikes) who worked on my home.
If you are not interested in doing a downspout repair you should have simply told me that instead of scheduling an appointment and not showing up. Then when I called to ask you continued to lead me to believe you would quote it and I haven’t heard back from you. Not professional at all
