I don’t normally leave reviews, however I have had 2 bad experiences here. The first time, the equipment broke down and did not wash my car. Fortunately the door opened and I was able to drive out. They gave me 2 coupons, which was appreciated. So I tried the best wash offered ($8). It missed multiple spots and left lots of dirt. I had to rewash parts of the car when I got home. I will be looking for a different car wash next time.
I am not sure if everyone here understands the difference between a car scrubbing brush and a wheel scrubbing brush. The round 6-in brush they have attached to the soap brush hose is used on wheels. This is not for a vehicle's body. just so you know they do this because that brush is cheaper and it also takes 10 times as long to wash your vehicle down with a tiny tire brush versus a 12-in wide scrub brush. This tells me everything I need to know about the person that owns this car wash
Pretty good deal and close to Kroger. Don't try using the card swiper if it's too cold or wet outside ice accumulates and it can't read the strip. Stick to quarters
I usually don't give bad reviews but I paid for the premium wash and I still have tons of dirt on my car. It did a terrible job. I do not recommend
Badly needs some maintenance done. 2 of the 4 self service bays leak soapy water from the roof. 3 of the 4 I've tried in the past couple months no longer spray wheel cleaner or pre-rinse. Also the automated touchless wash didn't even rinse the dirt/salt off the back of my car the one time I used it.
