Was a member for the winter months, liked that I never had to open a window or scan anything. It was done automatically through their members only lane. Like that this location doesn't have workers outside after your car wash to dry the vehicle with towels when it's 10 degrees outside. Workers have always been nice, don't interact with them very much.
I visited on Sunday, and now my car is scratched!! I originally got the subscription here, to see if it'll help get the funk off the front of my car, didn't help. Still dirty,. Then noticed a nice scratch on the truck. Called and visited to file a complaint, and he seemed like I was bothering him. Said those can't come here. He never wrote anything down, didn't take pictures or even asked my name. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!nI CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION.
The service is great, I don't tip though as the people who work here do not receive the tips. They go to the owner. I always drop off pizzas every 3rd or 4th visit so I know the people actually doing the hard work benefit
Car comes out very clean and doesn't harm paint like some washes. Love the free vacuums and doesn't take long to get through even with a long line.
Nice car wash and popular, only complaint is takes a while to get through due to popularity
