It's been 15 minutes and we're still waiting for are food
Not like it’s not already bad enough that the order is never right BUT for me to put in an order and u guys not take it properly and then deny me at the window ?! It was just a fry that the lady missed when I ordered it but then to not give me what I’m asking for even tho it’s not my fault! I even had exact change for her !!!nBut even with better salary McDonald’s just hires ANYBODY! Qualified or not!
Gave me the wrong drink didn't answer the phone when calling back for a exchange wasn't about to wait in that long line on Laskey Rd.
Drive thru is extremely slow. Waited 15 minutes to place my order then was told to pull off to the side after I paid. There was 4 other cars pulled off in front of me and I waited 18 more minutes for my order. This is the second time in a month that this happened I will never come here again. Get better management!
Literally, the worst. Ordered fries and it took 40 minutes. Not to mention the other two times I ordered curbside for no reason apparently because I hade to walk inside after an hour to find my order was made just apparently forgotten about. Would have been nice if they would have answered the phone so I could have actually contacted them about my order. One might think it was because they were super busy, and if so I would have been more understanding, however, no. They were standing at the window, talking and laughing with one another because there was o one in the drive through as I sat waiting in the curbside spot.
