It's 7 o'clock at night I know it's dinner time for most people there's 12 cars In front of me in line all the way to the pay window 3 cars leave ahead of me I decide to wait another few minutes you can hear the radio inside laughing hollerin playing in the lines not moving. . A literally asked the same car 3 different times go ahead with your order after they ordered. Supposed to be fast food for a reason it's fast I sat and waited in line for 12 minutes and did not move finally I left.. What is this world coming to can you get McDonald's workers to work anymore

Always forgetting something ordered a egg mcmuffin meal, hot cakes and two extra hash browns. They gave me one hot cake and a sausage which is not what I wanted so I told the person at the window he already had a attitude so he just took the sausage off and gave me one hot cake. Then they forgot the hash brown so I had to knock on the window a 3rd time he came back very rude like I’m the one irritating him. Don’t have no attitude with me and I paid my money give me what I paid for.

Bought 3 crispy chicken sandwiches, paid 14dollars. Then the size of the sandwich was small. Taste ok. 1 pickle.

3:30pm on a Sunday, drive-thru double line was at least 10 cars deep. Waited nearly 40 minutes for 3 milkshakes which were delivered to the car melted, dripping mess, with no straws. Thought maybe they were understaffed to explain the long wait, but when we arrived at the pay window, I counted 6 staff walking through the back ... as I waited for anyone to take our payment. Unreal. Worst service I've ever received at McDonald's. Will not be back to this one.
