Pulled up for coffee in a pinch. The line was moving along quickly and the staff was so friendly and kind. Made it to work a bit early and had my fuel (coffee). Great start to my morning! Thank you Central team!
I love the customer service here and the employees always make my order the way I want. Today 3/24/21 I came to get a Strawberry Acai Lemonade with extra Lemonade and Light Ice. Pulling up to pay the Barista states that the car in front of me paid for my drink, I've never had this happen and have always thought about doing it, but if the person who paid sees this, thank you so much I've been kinda down not feeling well lately and you have made my day!! Love their customer service and hot teas and refresher drinks.
Not sure if there is a lot of new employees but my drinks have been made wrong recently. I order the cold brew foam drinks or nitro foam drinks and there is never foam on top! Just mixed into the drink, not sure what is going on? Giving up Starbucks for a while. Tired of spending money on drinks that are not made correctly. Employees need better training.
Supposed to be open till 10pm. Showed up 920 and they were closed... smh. And their hours on the door say 10 as well! Was looking to grab a 50.00 gift card and some drinks.. o well going to dunkin i guess
