I'll never shop there again . got screwed at the pump an was told nothing could be done about it
Every since there is a new manager the whole Ora has changed from good to bad, customer service is horrible during the day, like the new manager hired all her friends and all they do now is talk and cuss behind the counter , talk loud about stuff that should be talked about in private , and all in all I have started going to the circle k on McCord as I have had issues with the rudeness of the staff and them also having attitudes with not only me but other people, also have witnessed workers in cars smoking weed , so yeah that’s somewhere I don’t want to be , I feel like they put the wrong girl in charge
I have never had a bad experience here. I have had many interesting conversations with the staff. They make it a point to learn your everyday needs so that they have what you want before you even get to the counter.
Cashier extremely disrespectful and acted like it was a hassle when I inquired why the cigarette posted price was lower than the scanned price. Very rude and nasty.
