I ordered a cookie cake on line when I arrived they had no order for a cookie cake that I had already paid for online and when you order online there is a $5 up charge the cake if ordered in person it would have been $19.99 compared to $24.99 plus tax on line. I am giving them 2 stars instead of one because the staff was apologetic and they offered me 6 free cookies and gave me 10% off the 19.99 due to the fact that I had to wait additional 30 minutes or more to have my cookie cake done. I wanted to try some where new other than Great American Cookie but I should have stuck to what I know I will not be back!
The servers are patient and nice, and the cheesecake cookie cup was soft and delicious. However, the frappuccino I had tasted watered down. If i had realized just how expensive it would have been (12.50 in total - for TWO items) ahead of time, I would have just went to another place in the mall for a snack and a coffee.
They have something for everyone from cookies and brownies served with a scoop of ice cream to fruit smoothies and and coffee. The customer service is outstanding and very helpful. Take your whole family!

The greatest coffee I’ve ever tasted and the best cookies ud83cudf6a. Service is great and the family friendly environment my kids were super happy. I’ll be going here a lot more often.
