The slowest drive thru I have ever been in
Allison has substandard customer service skills. I cannot agree with how she handled the situation. I understand that COVID is still going around, but this is not excuse to be abrupt. I mean put a sign not to grab the coffee if you are so worried. The customer is not always right, but often times reps can be disrespectful and abrupt when an issue is benign. A customer not being right does not make a rep being disrespectful right.
I absolutely love Starbucks. However, today my boyfriend went in to pick up our mobile order and the girls were flirting with him. Said he “the coolest person I’ve ever seen” calling him cute and flirting with him. Super unprofessional and he came back to the car and said it made him uncomfortable.
We were served today by a lady named Claire (i hope i spelled it right) we asked her to surprise us with 2 drinks, one hot and one cold, she was THE SWEETEST drive thru worker I've ever met and made a couple of fantastic drinks and she said it was her own creativity. It was our first ever experience at a Starbucks and because of her I don't think it'll be my last. I hope she sees this cause we didn't get a chance to tell her how the drinks were
Great food, great coffee, kind employees! Really recommend their souvied egg, cheese, and bacon bites or whatever they're called. Really filling and tasty.
