Waited about an hour and a half to get my sticker. Online check in is a bit confusing because each service has a different letter (so it's hard to tell where you're at in line). An estimated wait time would be awesome. I would definitely recommend going online to order your tags.. I will be doing that in the future!

Very well done! Perfect , except for not being able to hear my clerk bc of mask. I had to ask her to repeat her questions many times.

Almost a 2 hour wait time for my son. Appreciate that it was safe but can we please do something about the time. Employees work very hard and efficient but maybe more help?

Been going to this agency for close to 15 years and they have always been very knowledgeable and helpful. While they have moved 3 times in that period, a good number of the staff remains the same and continues to offer great service. Rita was fantastic during my recent visit.

Very organized! In and out in 5 minutes. Nice and efficient help. Nice new office. 5 waiting windows! Pleasant surprise!
