LMHA - Lakeview Plaza

For a low income housing unit Lake View Plaza has made some transitions through the 10 plus years I have been living here. Though it has had it's fair share of bad residents, it has even more good residents that out way the past misgivings of it residents as well as management and staff. However, with that stated, I have to admit that LMHA and HUD are doing things better. We recently received full time LPD officers working after business hours and through the night. We also now have a CCTV security system on every aspect of the property. This is still has not fixed all issues but it is much needed and from a safety view, we residents feel much more protected. Also, word is that grant funding has come through for a new elevator system, which is also greatly appreciated. Finally, though there is not much work in this part of Downtown Lorain, things are looking a wee-bit better now that Broadway is getting a new look and feel. Hopefully it will bring entrepreneurs and investment back to this neighborhood. As I stated, I have been a fairly long time resident of Lake View Plaza and though like many economically dispersed areas in many States and communities, Lake View is a good place to get back on your feet and restart ones life. Thank you LMHA for all you are doing for the residents that call this High Rise, home. This is why I am giving 5 stars, because you care about the residents and the community... (+++)

The most disgusting horrible worst place anyone can live at. People don't always follow CDC Guidelines, no gloves, facemask, elevator is slow. Sometimes they follow guidelines, with the maintenance of the elevator your groceries will waist.
