I can never get in contact with anyone and they never update your information when you paid your rent they been saying I owe $3 for almost 5 yrs now and I’ve already paid! I been accepted for section 8 in another state and can not move forward without LORAIN updating that I paid my balance !! Very upset and it’s holding me back!!!!

You usually walk right in and do not have to stand in along line the employees are not mean aside from that a section 8 lotto was helpd last year and will be helo again very soon also public hpusing is accepting applications for housing so people who need these services or are intrested take advantage and accept the steppibg stone as it will not always be offered
