I went thru drive thru to make a credit card payment which I needed to since I ve tested positive.
I am treasurer of a condo association. I have repeatedly called this branch to inquire about deposits made to our account that include no identifying information. The phone rings 18 times, then hangs up, with no one ever answering the call, regardless of the day of the week or the time of day. I tried calling the “800” number, and the phone system puts you in a loop where you type in the account number, your personal tax ID number, then refreshes itself to asking the same questions over and over again. Citizens Bank obviously does not want to talk to a customer on the phone.
10 minutes waiting for an auto withdraw with not one car or person in your bank is ridiculous. Terrible service. Cant even follow directions. Wanted to deposit a check and withdraw cash. But apparently now I need to make a trip bck
Disrespectful and uncivil. I went to make a deposit in the drive thru when no one else was in line. They took the cash and then made me wait for a receipt over 10 minutes sitting in my car while other people stopped and drove away with no service. Finally I had to turn off my car and go in just to hear them complain about how busy they were. Come on toledo, this is too low.
