Admittingly it was my fault for having to over draft my debit card but having a bank that's rolling in cash during the pandemic and charges up to $180 each day for over draft fee is both unethical and predatory while unemployment is all time high and people are deciding whether to pay for mortgage or buy food for the family.nnNote: While I appreciate everything Alex (is actually pretty nice to me) has done for me by taking $75 off the over $400 in late fees, making your clients feel that Fifth Third is doing me a favor by restricting up to 5 over draft fees per day (max at ~ $180 per day) is not doing anyone a favor. Maybe do what other banks like Huntington are doing? NO OVER DRAFT FEES.
Jodi was amazing! She was extremely friendly and bubbly. She even found problems on my account that I was not aware of and let me know about them and fixed it for me! She was so helpful!

They will literally steal money from your account and refuse to help you get it back. I left Fifth Third years ago after banking with them for over a decade, and haven't regretted it since.
