This place is GREAT! The staff are very professional and recently when I had a bogus $80 charge on my card Cassandra (The branch manager) and one of the tellers named Krystal not only disputed and reversed the charges for me but they also had a new debit card printed out in store within 2 minutes! Thank you!
Growing bank determined to serve as many people as possible.. Imagine how they are strategically located in the Walmart store.nThis is simply Fantastic job

I go in and they great you with a smile one day the cashier noticed me being upset and took their time with me and improved my experience keep up the good work
Until now I had a very positive experience with them. Matt, the manager has left the store here in Toledo on Central and the new manager is dumb as hell and rude and just plain stupid and patronizing. I'M DONE WITH THEM.... been with them for 10 years and this THING had the nerve to put a $130 check on a 7 day hold. Every year for the past 4 years at a LEAST $100k has been deposited in the bank. Most in he thousands. NEVER AN ISSUE. This new imbecile they have for a manager is dumber than a box of rocks. $130 is the smallest check I have ever deposited there and she wants to throw her weight around. Well, I can just throw my money in another bank. I'M DONE. One day she's going to run into the wrong person and I hope they slap the wax out of her ears.
