Had to stock up on Mitchell's ice cream
I only visit this store to go to the bank. I have shopped there before but it is a dry, pasty, get your stuff and get out environment. It's like that every time I visit. The US bank there has friendlier staff than the store. The store is clean, the variety is good the warmth of the staff is yucky, like a cold, dry, winter morning. It has a twilight zone feel. ud83eudd14
The store in Avon, Ohio is the one I visit most. It is such a well organized and friendly store that it makes grocery shopping a very positive experience. Aisles are well marked and easy to navigate, and there's always an employee nearby to answer any question you might have. The produce is simply fresh and beautiful. And it's the same with their deli, meat, and pastry departments. I'm not a fan of stadium size grocery stores that waste my time trying to find what I want. Heinen's makes it easy and comfortable in a nicely sized store with clearly marked aisles that are always fully stocked.
Clean and sanitary but prices threw the roof
Store is clean. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about product locations in store. Carts are clean as they do not leave the store. Products out of stock are also out of stock at other stores so I don't blame Heinen's for stock issues.
