I switched banks from 5/3 because they made my day and finances a 5/3 worse. Anywho, Robin helped me open my checking and my savings account, went over all the details including the overdraft protection services they have. Very straight forward and I feel good about the switch.
I went to go do a withdrawal on a Saturday at 1:30 pm because their online hours said they were open until 2, and they were closed. Not very happy about the misleading information.

All around terrible customer service. Tellers are clueless. Told me that me having my bosses signature stamp is illegal, Huntington is the one that ordered it for our account in the first place. Wouldn't let me make deposits without an ID in the office but yet I've been through the drive through & they've taken the deposits without an ID?? They all around need trained. No one knows what they are doing...
