Horrible experience. The owner does not even live in the state of Ohio. When you turn your boat in expect to incur extra charges from your deposit. Which is ridiculous when you're renting a boat should not be expect to pay for quarts of oil etc. The boats are old and in horrible shape. If you rent buyer beware.
Stopped here on a weekday. It was about 15 minutes after closing. They saw me slow down and waved me in. I got a full fill up plus they gave my kids free juice boxes.
Went there today with my boyfriend and his family to rent a pontoon. The day on the lake was amazing but the staff was rather VERY rude. Kind of unfortunate considering the money my boyfriends grandparents paid.nnDefinitely will be telling them not to do this again.
This place just doesn't know what the heck it IS. It has been here forever, and used to do quite a good business pumping gas and had a convenience store. These days I just have no idea what the owners are thinking. We thought the brewery idea was great, but then they had to use plastic cups and couldn't serve food. The killing blow was the fact that you never knew when they'd be open. Maybe things will change; I hope so. Then I'd change this review!
