We had some roof and chimney work that needed to be done. The owner came out and was very knowledgable and quoted us a fair price for what we needed done (minor roof repair and a chimney cap). We confirmed and were put on the schedule.nnThe workers showed up without any warning one day and got to work. After they were done and gone, we realized they had left looses shingles both in our front plants and near our garage, and a rechargeable battery. They needed to come back to put the cap on though, so no worries, we kept those things for when they got back. Weeks passed and no communication. I finally had to call them.nnWhen they did come back to finish the job, they left the shingles again. (Only took the battery because I gave it to one person.) Again, no call or warning, just showed up one day.nnThey were very prompt in sending me an invoice, which I paid.nnNow, this next part is on me because I definitely should have checked to make sure they finished the job before paying them. A couple of weeks later, I happened to go behind my detached garage on a whim, and saw our custom-made, brand new chimney cap on the ground up against the garage. I called them and asked about it- the lady on the phone was very kind and was flabbergasted- her work order showed the job as 'completed'- which, obviously, it wasn't. She promised to call back once she figured out what was going on.nnShe never called back. Our realtors (we were selling our house and closed in a week and a half at this point) called the owner. The workers again showed up without a call ahead (but I appreciated how prompt they were to come fix it!).nnWe never heard back from them to confirm the job was finished. Nada.nnTo summarize:nnPROS:n-reasonable pricingn-decent work (from what we can tell)n-fairly quick servicen-quick response when made aware of unfinished jobnnCONS:n-EXTREMELY poor communicationn-didn't clean up after themselves entirelyn-didn't finish the work and did not tell us (but accepted payment anyways)nnOverall:nnI'm not sure I'd use this company again just because it was such a hassle. I wish they had been better at communicating. But they had decent pricing and (hopefully) good work.

We used them for roof repair. Not only was it almost impossible to schedule, they had to come back three times to fix the same leak, AND IT IS STILL LEAKING. The owner is very nice and seems to know what he’s doing, but we are extremely unhappy with their work. It feels like we spend $1500 for no reason.

I have done a lot of business with Scott in the last 3 years. Very honest and extremely knowledgeable.

They did an excellent job! The roof looks fantastic, yard is completely cleaned and prices was good. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

Called them after the microburst in 2019. They insisted a complete re-roofing job was unnecessary and did a repair. Imagine our dismay when water began pouring into our guest bedroom today... have left a message for them so we’ll see how quickly they are at responding and taking care of this in a timely manner. Will update to reflect their response and attitude.
