I worked with Charlie and his team to do a roof for one of my rental properties in the fall of 2020 and they did a tremendous job! Everything they said they would do they did, they communicated very well throughout and I am very happy with the finished product. I've already called Charlie and hired him to do the roof on my personal residence for this upcoming spring 2021. I would certainly recommend him.
Was a little hesitant in the beginning due to certain conditions and or circumstances that were considered, but the entire process with Greg and Corey and crew was outstanding. The entire crew was communitive and updated when necessary. They cut loose cut loose and the result seems to be quite wonderful. Will update as time and Mother Nature proceeds. Thank you to all involved.
The roof and gutters were replaced in a day and half. Mario, the team foreman was informative, friendly and extremely competent. RJK is fortunate to have such a valuable employee. This company was responsive, efficient and agile from providing an estimate to installing a new roof, skylights and gutters. Indeed, we are pleased with the final product!
I had the entire roof replaced by a local contractor 13 years ago. Since that time, I have been dealing with a variety of issues involving poor construction, ice dams, leaks and interior damage. I had gone through other roofing companies with no positive results until 5 years ago when RJK was recommended to me by a neighbor. Since then, RJK has resolved all the issues of soffit and facia wind damage, ice dam backups, gutter repair and siding replacement. In every case their Sales Tech, Charlie Steadman, responded quickly, correctly analyzed the problem, quoted a cost to fix and arranged an appointment for their repair specialist to come. I can't stress enough the importance that the issues be analyzed correctly. Charlie seems to have a 6th sense in this regard and communicates in a way that I could fully understand. I highly recommend RJK and the great staff they have, both in sales and service.
Great guy's, great company! I've not only had them out to my house but I've referred them a few times to friends and every single time they've been happy with their quality of work, their pricing and professionalism.
