I personally have been fortunate to come across nice, informative and helpful employees here. I've read the reviews. I'm sorry you have had a not so pleasurable experience. Remember we all are human not robots and have bad days. I understand while working w public no excuse. If you find you're not getting anywhere you go up the change of command and if you get no where w the top then you are able to call the state n give them your concerns maybe attorney general.. I hope this helps.
