Checked in online and it said 21 min average wait. I got there to learn that checking in online did nothing. Had to wait outside for more than the 21 minutes. I was given a number that was 10 more than my online number. I've been here for more than an hour and am still waiting. There was no instruction on how or where to form lines. A lady came out and fixed that but was kind of rude.nnI changed this review from a 1 star to 3 stars because, before I left, they stood their ground on the mask rule. We lost a loved one to Covid in February and we appreciate that they didn't back down on it.
Did their job well. Lines as usual. Nothing too bad. Good people working there.
There was barely any line, and we were in and out really fast. Everyone was so nice and efficient! Thank you for a great experience!!
Wow, hardly any line after 2:45pm today, Monday Nov 2. I heard that the line wraps around the parking lot in the mornings. All services are open again. One lady at the inner glass door asks you your reason for coming and assigns you a number. But you need to wait in line before you see her. I got license plates and registered my car in less than 30 minutes. The workers are so friendly and competent. I had a great experience there today. If you forget a mask, you can buy one there for a dollar.
No wait to enter but then waited for an hour to get called up to counter. 2 of the 3 people working the counter apparently new the customers and after finishing stood and talked to them for 30 min.i was about how her progressed to grey..and the other customer about a new job as a sheriff.
