The manager here was great, he kept things running smoothly and effectively, all while maintaining social distancing to keep everyone comfortable. He moved through the line quickly. Special shout-out to Elizabeth, she helped us and she was the most kind and professional employee. She was managing 4/5 things at once and maintained professionalism and accuracy the whole time. She was great!
Accompanied my mom, who is in her 80s, to renew her license on 11/5/20. We registered online. Got there at 11:20 am and were completely finished by 12:00 pm. The man who greeted at the door and coordinated the services was awesome. The young lady (line 1?) who helped my mom was polite, patient and so professional and helpful. I have been at this license bureau before and the customer service has improved 100%. I expected the worst but was pleasantly surprised at how organized and easy it was to renew her license. Yeah, I love to give credit where credit is due!
Very organized night & day difference from 55th St BMV, 55th Street should take a course in customer service , and several other classes, including citizenship, coumputer technology, work ethics, etc.
The service here is quite literally night and day better. I've bought & sold a variety of vehicles over the last 6 years & dealt with mostly this branch & today. The manager was notoriously rude dismissive and belittling. The new staff provided me with the easiest, most polite & pleasant experience I've ever had here. The lines are long but the experience once u get in is amazing.
If I knew how to give 0 stars I would. I called just to ask a simple question. The phone rang a couple times and I heard it pick up just for it to be hung back up immediately after. Very unprofessional and ghetto. Would not recommend
