I used Premier for several years. I found them to be dependable. They actually know how to iron a shirt. They always replace my buttons without being asked.nTheir business is tough because no one notices how well they do until they screw up. In my case, over ten years, they didn’t screw up. I’m trying to think of anything negative I could reasonably mention, but I can’t think of anything.nThey charge more than the grocery store dry cleaner but they’re definitely worth more.nThe staff at the Willoughby store are very friendly. They always made me feel like they cared about me.nI moved my office out of the area, so, I’ll miss them.
Drop off pick up they do n.v a great job
For the most part they did a pretty good job with my shirts and suits. No complaints. Had a problem with a pair of pants but the ownership professionally took care of the situation resolving the problem at hand. No complaints
One of the worst customer service I have experienced. If they promise a date for pick up, I would recommend waiting a good 3-4 days past the promised date to go and pick up your stuff. Never ready on time, no one knows what the other person in the store is doing. Poor follow-up. I would NOT recommend them at all.
Rude, unorganized, couldn’t find my suit, when I asked them to look for it they pointed at their inventory and asked me how they were supposed to find it in their own mess. I told them that isn’t my problem as I am not the one who owns a dry cleaner Will never use their services again.
