Had made a call to this location to ask a simple question about if they purchased jewelry. The lady I spoke to immediately said “goodbye” and hung up on me. She was very rude the whole time I spoke to her. This is not a good way to get people into your store.

had a SUPERB experience. went in with very little knowledge of options or pricing. they were very patient with me to explain choices, which ultimately allowed to make the best decision within my budget. Dont go to Willow East Jewelers to SELL your jewelry! You'll get ripped off! I went to 3 jewelry stores to sell my old ring and they all told me $100. Willow East Jewelers told me $35ud83dude11ud83dude44nAs far as purchasing from them I have no clue.nI know they're not getting my service!
I used Willow East jewelers to buy my girlfriend an engagement ring. The jewelry shop itself is clean and there are lots of options to choose from. The business owners are very accommodating. The woman helping me was very responsive and supportive through my decision. I told her my preferred contact method was text and she texted me back quickly every time I had a question. The best part is, my girlfriend (now fiance) loves the ring! Thanks so much, Willow East!
