I have never had a problem with the folks at Utica Post Office. They were even cheerful when I ordered chicks and package honeybees through the mail. Brenda is an awesome mail carrier, and always goes the extra mile (literally!) to make sure out packages arrive safely. Thank you for all you do!

If I could give a negative score I would. This post office has the rudest staff, well, just one particular staff member that I’ve dealt with who is obnoxious and fails at customer service. It’s a shame, because it’s a lovely small town but dealing with this post office has become the source of my husband and I’s extreme displeasure and difficulty. We have an ongoing issue of our mail being sent back to senders. I sincerely hope she reads this review, give us a break, it’s our first home and we were unaware of your “post rules” my poor family has been trying to send me mail from 10 thousand miles away which I’m not getting and you can imagine how long it takes to send the post back to another country... extremely poor and disappointing service.

I'm finally posting my review on here because I just recieved my diploma in the mail that CLEARLY SAYS DO NOT BEND on it and it comes completely bent, stuffed in my mailbox. It's the last straw! My tolerance is gone! We receive about 8 out of 10 packages this way. We've come into the office and complained on several occasions but nothing ever changes. We also frequently have mail lost, we're assuming because it gets delivered to the wrong address as we often get incorrect mail in our mailbox. (We either hand deliver or stick it back in our mailbox. I can't speak for anyone else.) This is unacceptable! I understand mistakes once in a while, but this happens on a weekly basis for YEARS! Quality control is non-existent here. We even had a christmas package get delivered to the wrong address this year! Luckily they knew a family member of ours and it made its way back to us. We're fed up, something needs to change! I wish I could post pictures to show how it was delivered.
