This is a well run franchise. Super customer service.
No call to confirm the appointment the morning of. No call to let me know they were on their way. No answer when I called their office trying to find out where they were. The phone numbers they gave to call if there was no answer on the main line went to voicemail boxes that were full. No door seal was used. No air mover was used. The spot cleaning consisted of a fine mist sprayed from a nearly standing position. We moved 90% of the furniture that needed to be moved out of the rooms that they would clean to make things easier for them. The cleaning was fine. The customer service was poor. Overall the price was too high for the level of service. This isn't a corporate owned branch so save your money and find a different carpet cleaning company that will do the same job for less.
So happy with the Stanley Steamer experience today. Very professional personal,friendly and nice.
Did an excellent job cleaning our carpets, have used them in the past and will use them again. Technicians were friendly and explained everything before starting the job.
