I scheduled an appointment for a car detailing five days in advance when I spoke over the phone the person I spoke to was very enthusiastic, friendy, and eager to work with me. When I arrived for my appointment. The employee that greeted me had no clue I was coming or any record of my appointment. Any question I asked about my detailing or appointment his response was I don't know I just got here. My appointment was at 10:00am and the place opens at 9:00am according to the website. All the specifics and services I requested the employee there had no clue what they were and suggested I just leave my keys and vehicle there. Without further asking me what needs to be done. At that point I did not feel comfortable leaving my car there and promptly left. I was looking forward to getting a detailing and if the job was done nicely I would of became a regular. Leaving today I am very disappointed in the management, the interaction with the employee I talked with. And the service I didn't receive.
