They do a great job to your vehicle i got the works when i left my car looked brand New

It was clean its a fair price and wasn't too busy. But it never gets off all the soap or water whenever I go.

I went there today for a car wash. It was the most frightening experience, near the end of the wash, the car in front of me stopped and i was directly on his bumper, i had to use my brakes to avoid hitting him, the car behind me nearly hit me. i'm not sure if their equipment failed or the car in front of me used his brakes while on the belt ( he kept saying he was sorry once we exited the building) . I would think there would be safeguards in place so this could not happen!!!!

I had been generally happy with them for a long time and would usually go there at lunch to get a car wash. Today I went there and cones were blocking the entrance. I thought perhaps, they were doing maintenance or something that temporarily, had it down. That's happened before and they usually acknowledge me immediately and get me inside in a few minutes.nnHowever today, the guy walks by my car (window was down) and sets up a sigh, and before I can flag him down he walks away, then sets up another and another. Each time he is either two far to flag down without yelling or too quick to catch.nnBut at no time does he acknowledge me sitting there with my window down...nnSo i pull around, get out to talk to him in the office and it seems like I'm bothering him. I said something about his lack of acknowledgment three times and he clearly couldn't careless. Said we don't open until 1:00 (it was 12:55, why he couldn't say, our hours changed, we open in five minutes, I don't know).nnHours changing gives me less opportunity to go to the car wash especially if they don't open until after lunch. I could probably overlook that, but it's a pain, as that's when I most often went. I also noticed that they had closed earlier a few days ago, as well but thought it was due to weather. Apparently it's a very small window of time when you can wash your car now. Couple the limited hours with poor customer service and as much as I used to love this place, I'll have to get a monthly subscription to another car wash nearby.nnThe fact that hours have changed would indicate to me that maybe it's important to keep customers and make sure they are treated right. Most car washes are about the same, so in the past it was the customer service that kept me here. But, I don't know what happened to it. Bummer!
