Hello I will not be attending this McDonald's again. I am sad because it is literally 5 mins from my house but I have had to many issues. When you try to call no one ever answers the phone. On last Friday evening I purchased a fish sandwich meal and when I got home not at the top of the fries but in the middle there was hair. I immediately called but no one ever answered the phone. This morning I ordered my usually and my sweat tea had a horrible taste. Well it was not the tea it was the lemons they were old. I just called again and finally after almost 11 rings the manager answered. She was very nice and apologized but I informed her that I will not be coming back. With this pandemic going on you all have to make sure you are following all guidelines and paying attention especially with the hair in my food. Do better McDonald's. I have written a letter to cooperate.

Well I must have come at the right time because my order was fast, accurate, and the customer service was awesome. I was there during the day so maybe that's the difference. What I do know is that it is way better than the location in Euclid!

They are slow, you will wait 15 minutes no matter what time of day. The food quality is poor, the staff is rude and the orders are wrong over half the time, do not waste your time or money here, literally go anywhere else

It takes over 10 minutes for two mcdoubles.... no line... no excuse for this kind of horrible service. This place used to actually be good. Hell if I ever spend a dime here again

What a joke! The managers are always talking about smoking (pot) and cussing while children were in the facility!!!! Food was absolutely horrible. No one seemed to know what they are doing at any given time. Rating less than one star...Not to mention you can order one item and sit in line for 30 minutes! should be shut down . Manager is a profane, sarcastic twerp
