Great people at this location! Everyone is cheerful and happy. They greet everyone that comes in. If you order in the app most times your order is ready when you arrive.
Don’t often go to any Starbucks but this one happened to be down the street from a client so I thought I’d be thoughtful and pick up a few treats for my meeting thinking I’d be in and out. Needless to say that wasn’t the case. After ordering and waiting 20 minutes without as much as a look from the staff, I finally asked about my order of muffins a cake pops which were already made and in the display. After a team meeting to investigate they finally decided to provide me with my order. As I’m walking out I look in the bag and notice the order was wrong. I took it back in a explained that they shorted me and showed my receipt. At that point the manager asks his staff and they argued about whose fault it was while I waited for them to figure it out. What should have been a 5 minute purchase turned into a nightmare as I was late to my meeting. The worst part was that there were at least 8 employees tending to 3 or 4 customers tops. Horrible experience
We love this Starbucks! The staff is so friendly and they are fast even when there is a line in the drive thru. I will choose this location over others in the area. Miranda is so friendly and brightens our day! Thank you to the entire staff for always being so great!
