It's McDonalds. Not haute cuisine, but you know what you're going to get.

My little loves the hamburger happy meal. I always order him two of them. Service is always quick & fast.nI don't prefer it for myself because it upsets my stomach. It doesn't matter what I order.

Becoming Lake County's worst McDonald's .. . Food put together sloppy so much sauce on sandwiches that it's all over the container.. Fries served at room temperature if your lucky and ice cubes are limited to just a few per drink even if you ask for extra ice . The line at the drive thru is all the way to vine street double deep not because the food is good .. hate to give one star to any place but it never gets better at this restaurant.. very few of the staff even care often act if it is inconvenient to correct the problem

Awful.. The worst experience.. The two lanes were full it was my choice to wait and I did at least 15 minutes. While I waited I ordered a large fry on the app for $1. When I got to the mic. I ordered the buy 1 get one fish sandwich for $1 and a spicy nugget and I also told them I had an app order for the fry. As I was pulling off I checked my bag and low and behold I only had one fish sandwich 2 fries and 1 spicy nugget (without the sauces I specifically asked for) I pulled back into the parking lot and attempted to go inside but the lobby was closed. I called inside and told the man who answered the phone what happened, but it seemed his main concern was did I have my receipt I told him of course I did I never left the parking lot, so he said he would be right out I told him what vehicle I was in he said he saw me and would be right out.. I waited and waited almost 15 minutes later I was steaming because my food was cold so I called back inside and was told the person who I spoke to was the manager and he had left! How do you just walk out and leave knowing there is a paying customer in the parking lot who you literally just spoke to waiting for you to do what you said you were going to do, and get their order correct!!? I waited another 5 minutes for my sandwich to be brought out, but I asked what was the managers name and was told it was John I asked his full name and was told they are not allowed to give out the managers name (when did this start?) Needless to say I was a very unhappy camper all the food was cold except the 1 sandwich, and who eats cold French ud83cudf5f fries. I was disrespected as a person and especially as a 50 year customer of McDonald's... I was totally disregarded like I didn't matter... I have never been left sitting waiting for food that was not even coming... This is unacceptable So I definitely will be getting in touch with other people to convey my horrible experience at this location, but this is just my first step... Having managed teams of people including teams of managers I know this one thing attitude starts with management and if I was treated with such disdain by the store manager you can only imagine how customers are treated with out him there. Needless to say my meal was ruined and I could not bring myself to eat a meal that I paid for but had to jump through hoops to get...nI paid for a hot meal not a hot mess that would have to again be microwaved... My money down the drain, and now a distaste for McDonald's..

They forget the sauce for nuggets every single time. This is not an exaggeration. They have failed to understand the concept of including sauce with nuggets. Maybe their bosses tell them not to include it to save money. I have no other idea on how a company could be so incompetent. I award you you no points, and my God have mercy on your soul.
