I had a very challenging cleaning problem - black tar someone had stepped in and tracked through my entire house. I tried everything I could think of to remove it, with no luck. I am on a limited income & didn't want to spend a fortune on professional cleaning. I did some research online & found B & B. They came out the next day, assessed the situation, & gave me a very fair price to spot clean the rugs & carpeting. They were polite, professional, & did a wonderful job. These guys are great - I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!
The most friendly and professional company I have worked with in a long time. They were able to schedule us for the next day, arrived on time, and got right to work. Did an amazing job and the price was much lower than their competitors. I will not hesitate to call them the next time the carpets need to be cleaned

The crew was extremely professional and did a fantastic job! Price was great. Our carpeting is white so with 2 toddlers and a dog there was quite a mess..needless to say, my carpets look brand new! Will definitely be using them in the future!
