Office is closed but held a board meeting there
They are terrible. You get grant to have your home fixed they put in a 40,000 btu heater which called for 65,000 to 70,000 Have to run 3 Electric heaters and house stays at 56 to 60 with them. Furnace never shuts off. They take there good ole time getting to you but they have a warm home so why not. You have any problems with them they tell you there is no one above them THEY LIE i called Columbus, Ohio and you have to talk to H U D housing. In process of getting lawyer. The only thing that looks good is Roof and Stair rail. House is very cold. Unhappy with them. I do not recommend them for anything... Call COLUMBUS!
They seem ready to help and concerned for your situation but also very over worked and as a result mistakes are made. Always call electronic co, heap office, ect. To make sure what they said thier gonna do gets done.
