March 18, 2021. Google searched Knox County Ohio Library. Google stated that it was open. Drove in to get income tax forms. Closed to public. Call for an appointment?nNeed to update their Google website....nCurbside Service is excellent. I called to request income tax forms and instruction booklet. Now very satisfied!
Haven't been to a library in about 20 years. Alot has change ! No aways you use a computer to find a book. Unfortunately because of the covid virus I couldn't use it.nAll in all our library looks pretty good!nLooking forward to locating my favorite authors and getting comfortable in my searches. It's a little daunting for my first time!nThanks to the wonderful guys working there I was able to find my favorite reading selection!

Always a fun place to be! Staff is awesome and most helpful.
In the middle of covid and still can't post clear directions on the door, only after you've been inside for 30 minutes do they decide to do that. Without internet for the week and cannot even take all my children one at a time to go complete their online school work, as I'm only allowed to visit once per day. Definitely not helpful to my childrens educational needs. The woman upstairs was very polite in helping my child find what we wanted, cant say the same for the woman downstairs.
