Brad, a certified flight instructor with Apollo Flight school, took me on a Discovery flight today. He is a top notch pilot and the Piper aircraft was immaculate. He is a knowledgeable, patient, and by-the-book pilot. We are fortunate to have this high quality flight training in Frankfort, Ky.

What a great experience. Michael and Brad are both great. I had recently decided to change careers. I have always thought flying was an amazing thing to do. I signed up for discovery flight to see if It was something that was for me. After the first 5 minutes I was hooked. Apollo is great its close enough to Louisville and Lexington. Also far enough away that your getting one of the best learning experiences out there. Without it feeling like a big city pressure of getting you in and out with all the other people around. Its a personal experience with them. Its not just the flying that is great either. Michael and Brad have helped me with other than just being flight instructors. If you are thinking of doing something amazing there is nothing like it. I couldn't imagine flying with a better group of people.

I just completed my commercial helicopter training and I could not imagine having done my training anywhere better or with a better instructor than Michael Kopera. He is top notch and runs a first-class operation! I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and I highly recommend Apollo Helicopters to anyone!

Mike and team are fantastic. Mike has a passion for helicopters and it shows in his work. The instruction I received at Apollo was top notch. Best flight school in Kentucky!

I got the opportunity to fly with Michael to finish the IFR hour requirements for my commercial rating recently. He was very professional and welcoming, I had an easy time transitioning from a different flight school to flying with confidence with Michael in a new aircraft as well. Being close to Lexington and Louisville, I highly recommend Apollo for all the ratings you are looking at obtaining.
