Their definition of repeat customers are those that bring their vehicle back time and time again to get the same repair fixed that should have been repaired right the first time.nHere We Go Again, friend of mine took their vehicle there three different times for the same repair. Their definition of repeat customers for sure LOL

My whole family used to buy tires here for many years. I have always found it amazing how quick they can get you in for new tires but you have to wait all day for something like a rotation or for them to repair your tire. Also, its very suspicious how many times my TPMS sensors have broke while getting my car serviced. ALSO WE'RE IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC AND NOT ONE EMPLOYEE IS WEARING A MASK. Between employees actually yelling at customers, intentionally breaking TPMS sensors, and refusing to wear masks, your company has shown how much they truly appreciate their customers.

Been taking my vehicles here for years... showed nothing but respect to brad and all the employees. I noticed a little more curbing on one of the rims after payment.. I questioned brad about it and he immediately tried to belittle me... acting like I had no idea what I was talking about and getting an attitude. Last time I will take my vehicles to this location... (this isn’t the first time they have “curbed” one of my vehicles)
