I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to White Raven yesterday. The individual working was very pleasant and helpful and the items in the store were stunning. I was extremely happy to purchase 3 sets of earrings and will be purchasing more in the future thanks to the owner's willingness to assist with virtual shopping. I appreciated the guidelines in place for social distancing and all the precautions that were being taken.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the service provided at this place. The woman working the counter was extremely rude to not only me, but also my family. Actually, rude is a huge understatement for this woman. We asked for a ring sizer because we were interested in finding our size but she just told us to step back. We were wearing masks and distancing but she obviously did not want our business. If she is that concerned about the virus, maybe she shouldn’t work there. Or maybe offer only online services if you’re just going to be rude to every customer who comes in. My grandpa has spent thousands there but after this, we will not be heading back nor ever recommending this place to our worst enemy. Even the rude responses from the owner to the customers on Google just shows you how unprofessional the owner is. Do not give your business to this place.

Woman running the place was excessively rude when we entered the store and told us to leave for no reason . There loss we are on vacation and was planning on dropping a good amount of cash there but i will gladly take my business to somewhere its appreciated . Great way to treat customers that have native heritage . We have medical documents stating that we cannot wear masks and my husband works in the medical field it does not excuse the rudeness that was shown. We weren't even asked anything about masks, we would have gladly shown proof that we have medical notes stating we cannot wear masks... We understand the occupancy restrictions, we could have been asked to wait for others to come out or just told politely that you were at occupancy.

Absolutely beautiful and unique jewelry! I got a necklace here to wear at my wedding 9yrs ago and have been wearing it since. Still getting compliments on it daily

The customer service at this establishment was absolutely disappointing to to say the very least. My family and I were wearing our masks as well as distancing, and the woman working there today was being completely rude saying that we weren't following their policy. She told us to leave, for absolutely no reason, she said this virus is serious, which we are aware of, hence our cooperation with wearing masks and distancing. However, she must have not wanted our business because she treated us with the least amount of respect she could. She would not let us get within 8 feet of her desk when we tried to ask her questions about the jewelry, which I might add was less than sub par. Please do not waste your money here, they do not deserve it.
